Having Condor Communication & Control Systems plan and design an intelligent house, we will be able to integrate all of your homes features to accommodate today’s ever growing technology.
With an Condor Communication & Control Systems integrated system, your home will come to life in ways you have never imagined. Home automation is taking off in Australia at a rapid rate; we are starting to see more and more efficient and effective devices being released on the market. These devices include; intelligent lighting, air-conditioning interface, security and surveillance, electric blinds and shutters, access control, irrigation, sliding gates and garage doors… the list goes on. Having all these things available is good and well, but what we propose is a system to integrate all that, and more to better your lifestyle and make your home efficient.
What was once a crazy idea on the Jetsons, is now a feature of your CCCS home.
- Integrated Entry: Upon arriving home you drive within proximity of your premise’s and entry will be granted upon the right access credentials, commonly an access control card, to open the Garage door. Your Condor Communication & Control Systems home will then start its to make decisions; firstly it turns the security alarm off and activates the Welcome Home Mode.
- Welcome Home: The "Welcome Home" activates when you arrive home, room lighting adjusts automatically, blinds and louvers may open depending on the time of day or night. Because your Condor Communication & Control Systems home is aware of the dark conditions it will automatically turn on lighting throughout your home for easy and safe entry. You can rest assured and feel secure that there is no more fumbling with light switches in a dark room as you carry the shopping into the house. You will find that the temperature of your home is already at your desired level.
- Goodnight: As you enter your bedroom you simply press the "Goodnight" button and while your bedroom and ensuite lights remain on as you prepare for bed, the house has automatically begun to shut down ready for your peaceful sleep or for you to read in bed. You no longer have to check the lights around the house to make sure everything has been turned off. Your Condor Communication & Control Systems home has taken care of that for you. If you require a midnight snack or need to use a bathroom, the lights will automatically illuminate to candle light only, providing safe passage throughout your home and unnecessary awaking of other occupants.
- Panic Button: When you are in distress or hear a "Bump in the night" you immediately press the Panic Button located on either side of your bed and your Condor Communication & Control Systems home automatically turns on all external lights and selected lighting in your home, scaring off would be intruders or allowing for investigation without fumbling for switches. When you discover it was the cat next door, you simply return to your bedroom and activate the "goodnight" mode and retire back to bed. The ultimate peace of mind.
- Goodbye: When you leave your home, you simply press the "Goodbye" button as you exit and your Condor Communication & Control Systems home begins to shut down. All lighting and appliances turns off throughout the house, air conditioning systems shutdown saving your energy costs, louvers and blinds (if fitted) close. Your home waits patiently until your arrival later that evening.
- Entertaining: As you prepare for that special dinner party you simply activate the "Entertaining" mode and your Condor Communication & Control Systems home takes care of this by turning on lights opening or closing blinds/louvers throughout the house to your preset level. The front and back garden lighting turn on, Your preferred music begins to play through your distributed audio system at different levels where required to show off your Condor Communication & Control Systems home.
- Holidays: As you prepare and depart for your holiday, you begin to relax knowing that your Condor Communication & Control Systems home will look after itself. All unnecessary systems and services in your home turn off until your return. As you are away on your holidays, your home turns on and off your lighting giving that "lived in" appearance. An added feature that wouldn’t have been available untill now.
- FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! In the event of a fire, your Condor Communication & Control Systems home activates lighting throughout your home immediately to help you exit the house as quickly and safely as possible. The system will also SPEAK to you to clearly alert you of where in the home the fire started. In the event of a fire the system will automatically cut power to all powered door locks to enable safe and efficient egress, no more fumbling for deadlock keys during this stressful period.
- Intelligent Decisions: Your Condor Communication & Control Systems home is aware that the sun has just set for another day and your front lights turn on ready for your arrival home. When you awake of a morning you enter your bathroom and find your heated towel rail has already been turned on ready for your shower and preparation for your day. Heated flooring will also begin to warm the floors before you wake up, so looking for the slippers will be a thing of the past.
